The goal of Electro Threads is to inspire, uplift, and spread positive vibes throughout the world. We believe in the power of a positive state of mind and strive to design clothing that radiates positivity. A positive state of mind not only affects our well-being but the well-being of those around us, as well. Countless people around the world wear our designs on a daily basis, and we feel privileged to bring them a little happiness each day. Designing clothes is a life calling for us, and we are truly fortunate to be able to impact the lives of so many by a simple saying or design that invokes a smile on a person’s spirit. Our journey has barely begun, and we realize how far we have to go. We have all heard a million times, "Life is a journey, not a destination." Well, we are happy to be on this journey with our Electro family. ★★★★★ This app belongs to the most beautiful and generous clothing and apparel line that I've ever known. The app works well for what it is, and the clothing is well worth the money that they charge for it! Additionally, the organization had amazing customer service and has donated to local charities that I emailed them about who were struggling by donating boxes of clothing for auction.

★★☆☆☆ Can't use reward points on app? I thought I was doing something wrong or something was not working so I emailed them asking for help fixing the problem. Took them 4 days to reply and tell me that reward points can't be used on the app? And no explanation as to why they can't be used? Why advertise this program on the app then? I spent a just over a grand with ET this past year and the rewards where one of the reasons why. I don't feel rewarded at all. I feel like a sucker.

★★☆☆☆ Their products may seem cool, but their customer service is not. They will take your money and run!
