I really thought this headband was going to be gimmicky, but I'm pleasantly surprised to say that I'm very wrong. I can't believe how well this has worked to get me to fall asleep and to stay asleep! I'm literally excited to get into bed to use the headband knowing that I'm going to have a restorative deep sleep! I highly recommend this headband!

A good part of my sleep routine - I suffer from severe insomnia which has all sorts of cascade effects (cortisol, weight loss, exercise recovery). Initially positioning the headband was a challenge, but once I learned how, no longer an issue (helps that I'm bald). My biggest issue was falling asleep or waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. I typically fall asleep with the headband in about 10 minutes and if I wake up, one button push, and I go back to sleep. Support is excellent.

It is one of the worst products I have bought at this price point ($350+). It doesn't work, the app is glitchy, and the delivery was delayed by 2 months.

App not required. The device has "on" button next to the USBC power connector. Push it 2–3 times, and it runs for ~20 min before fading level out. Push button again whenever you wake up and want to restart the sleep sounds. Product support helped me find this. Now, I can delete this pretty but useless app.

I pre-order this half a year ago. The package finally arrived, and I was really looking forward to it. I really can't tell if is the placebo effect or not. I don't have trouble falling asleep when I first go to bed, but it's usually when I wake up until the night that I do have to pull falling to sleep. The sound is also hard to hear even at the highest volume. App is incomplete and super disappointing they haven't made any progress since 6 months ago. It doesn't show you any stats at all.
