Support is great! Had a problem because Firefox was my default browser. Emailed and they got back to me on the weekend with recommendations. Switched to chrome for the app and works fine. Will try updating Firefox too.

What a waste of time! This app freezes so much it took me 4 hours to load one tub. Every time it froze I had to start all over because none of the pictures saved. Not worth the time or the money spent on the labels

Great idea, very poorly executed. App makes you log in every time to a webpage, no biometric option. When scanning the QR code to assign a box, you get "successful" but it only works about 1 out of 10 attempts, and it doesn't close the camera and go back. When it does work, it duplicates the box. It's way too frustrating for something you have to pay for the labels to use.

The app worked well at first, but eventually, the app will delete clothes out of already saved QR codes. It has happened twice now. And I feel as if time was wasted messing up rather than helping me get organized.
