I'm not a new Octa customer! I've been trading. But suddenly my deposit didn't come through! I've filed a report via email and live chat. And if you're curious, I even had to waste time going to the bank and printing bank statements, which cost me money. From the date of my deposit, October 5th, until I write this, they're all idiots. They've stolen my money, and it could happen to you. They've been repeating themselves over and over again, asking for proof, which I've attached dozens of times.
