Guys. You have a serious problem! 1)You accept payment visa Master Card, but you don't allow withdrawals to the same card (Mastercard) it is ridiculous. You allow some kind of crypto, things that ppl never heard of. But Mastercard is problem? So you should not take money to begin with 2)Avoid responding with kindly contact "Support team or finance team" This is bare minimum thing you can do. This kind of problems A)Preventing many new users B) Creating frustration and losing customers

This used to be Octafx. I was using this application for last 2 years, but it started to have problem in Nov 2025 and server transition. Since then after server transition I was not able to withdraw my fund and stuck for long and OCTA customer care keep giving same response" issue to forward to relevant team" but never solved during that process in Feb or mar they transition form OCTA to ELEV8, Now elev8 customer service is doing same response, and it's been almost 3 months since UNRESOLVED.

App accepted my deposit and blocked my account stating that I am in restricted country. Refund is taking so long, They had already my wallet address for refund destination and their robot customer service keeps sending same reply.
