I'm (OAP)overseas at the moment.the app isn't working, and I have no way of transferring my money in case of emergency, sent emails and absolutely no contact whatsoever. Disgraceful carry on. No contact whatsoever from the CU

Back button or logout does not work. I have to close the app and reopen every time I want to go to another section of the app. It's 2026 and y ou don't have a functioning app, how?

So, for the last few hours I've been trying to transfer money between my accounts but can't. Says there's either maintenance or file processing going on. Zero notification that this was going to happen. Not impressed.
