I just installed the app and the interface are very smooth and clean. After login, it asks for personal details, PAN card details, and permanent address. Once verified, they issue a prepaid card with a ₹10,000 limit. After completing full KYC, the limit increases to ₹2 lakh. It is not a credit card, but a prepaid card. On every spend, you get 3% instant coins where 1 coin equals ₹1. The card works everywhere like a regular card. But I don't understand how we get outfit membership on spending 20k

I paid 500 INR in the Month of Feb as they have asked that it is required as a minimum deposit which is refundable, but later I found this application has no use, the support team asked me for the documents but never initiated the refund. Already waited for more than 2 months. Only mention that they will initiate the refund, but never initiated the refund.
