Everytime I put a new channel to my favorites other channels get deleted from the list can this be fixed

This company totally reneged on their warranty. They will not refund you at all even when they claim to have a 'no questions asked' refund within two days. The player did not work when we downloaded it with a functioning playlist and their support was seriously lacking. Look away from this player.
