Perfect, Get one or more. Great Support. I've had the Mini for a couple/few years, at least. Their email support is FAST...it's usually same day. I just now had an issue with their new app. I use a googled OS, Graphene OS. The app would crash. Got onto support and two days later, they had a potential fix they wanted to beta with me. IT WORKED. I don't know where else you will get that experience. I have a Ledger, and they don't even respond to tech requests, EVER.

I can't find all my tokens I sent to ELLIPSE TITAN 2.0 COLD WALLET few months ago; BTC, ETH, SOL, XLM, FTM, MATIC and others, I only see one token XRP out of many tokens sent to the cold walket. Their support email is not responding to my message to resolve this. I will proceed with legal action against Ellipse.

Have had my Titan for a year now. Since the update, I am not able to update my firmware. My device keeps failing to download the files. I am also getting an error when trying to move my crypto from my Cold Wallet to an Exchange. It gets a hard fail. It's been over a week since I heard back from anyone on helping me figure this out. Now I reverted to Reddit and I may have loaded my seed phrase to a scam website. Thanks for nothing Ellipse. Other than that the device was good.
