Elm 327 mini I already have the elm 327 mini and 2+2 OBD II adapter it's on it way. Should I be able to use this device with my 93 VW Corr ado SLC, or should I start looking for another device?

I can not get it to connect to my Samsung s7. The blue tooth finds it but when I open app to connect it just sits there trying to connect but never does?

Would not connect to Bluetooth, could not open software mini disk, they got my money, I feel robbed, this product is a money making scheme for these people, DO NOT BUY!!!! RIP OFF!!!
