★★★★★ Love the group order option. The app is easy to use delivery time wasn't great, but okay To follow up my review I had something wrong with my order, the customer service was efficient and resolved the matter in minutes. Great experience!!

★★☆☆☆ Extremely rude customer service, they don't even know how to admit their mistake. After receiving the wrong item the customer service started questioning me like an investigator. Literally. The order was an hour late as well, but he just questioned me like I'm the one who turned it into wrong item. I deleted the app, 5 mins later the restaurant contacted me and apologized, offered compensation, but I declined. It was like the app and the restaurant are holding a grudge which is funny tbh

★★☆☆☆ My order was late. I complained by email the only option. Noone ever got back to me. I am moving to Talabat hope they have a better customer service
