Honestly I like the app, but the only problem is when I encountered problem when trying to buy NECO exam pin, I was debited and the exam pin isn't generated, I contacted the customer care through WhatsApp, but they are not responding and customers was on my neck. Please the customer care services should develop the habit of responding to customers in time. Honestly I was really disgrace today in my shop because my transaction hanged I couldn't get the exam pin, and I was debited.

Don’t even waste your time downloading this app. It has several problems: First, the network is very poor when it comes to carrying out transactions. Second, if you recharge your meter or buy an exam pin, they will debit your account but won’t generate the pin. And their customer care does not respond at all. Right now, they’ve been holding ₦10,000 for three days without refunding the money
