★★★★★ Hello, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for the great service. The app is excellent, the products are reliable, and the payment methods are smooth. Everything has been perfect — even the delivery process. I've placed several orders at different times, and they always arrived quickly and efficiently. However, it's now been almost two weeks since my last order, and it still hasn't arrived. I understand there might be high demand or delays, but I hope things can be a bit smoother in the future.
