I ordered from Elrayan Company on December 2nd, 2024, and after weeks of false promises and being ignored, I cancelled my order and deleted their app on January 6th, 2025. Despite countless messages on Messenger and WhatsApp, and even calls, they left me on read and never resolved anything. Their customer service is unprofessional and useless. Don’t waste your time with them. Try Tamata app instead - much better service.
