Quite useless app. You would imagine that such an app will provide a communication channel between the tenants and Emaar Misr, but information are rarely communicated through this app. You can't request a service, well you can but no one will answer your app based service request and no information on water or electricity outage is ever reported. To Emaar Misr, either use the app as it was intended to be used or remove it from the app store and don't promote it period.

Very lousy performance. A lot of wrong data inside. Keeps crashing and not useful at all until they fix all bugs. Old app was much better. I hope they fix the app and update info and data before summer to be able to use it. Otherwise will be obliged to delete it.
