Collect very detailed data easy to upload from the oximeter device. An oximeter device has a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I don't know why they don't make this device available for anyone who needs it. It is excellent you can do your own study and track your own progress on oxygen and pulse all night long I think the device has 16 hours worth of recording time or more. Corporate corrupt whatever has made it so that consumers can't get an excellent app and device like this.

I've had the Emay pulse oximeter for over a year and use it periodically to see if my CPAP or apnea have changed. Every time it proves I must use CPAP. The Bluetooth data download works perfectly and effortlessly every time. This is a great device and a super value.

Bluetooth utility on my phone sees device, but app does not. App will not connect to oximeter. Instruction book says "reboot app if connecting fails after two minutes." Restarting app requires re-entering all data each time. App is poorly writen if one can't save basic information without connecting to device first.

Will not bind. I've tryed everything. Verry frustrating I was hoping you get to so help me with my sleep apnea, but now the memory is so full because it will not pair with my phone. That I cannot get the recorded data off of the mirror and the light will not go off. Because the memory is full very disappointed.

Worked well at first then a bug prevented data from uploading to my phone (Android). The phone support couldn't solve the problem so am currently waiting for tech support to contact me.

A lot of reading to finally find your owned by a Chinese Corp and based out of Hong Kong. You act like you're doing business out of California because the average American or European isn't going to turn over all kinds of personal info to a country that not only agrees with Russia but is ramping up to do the same thing to Taiwan. We don't have any faith in your want or ability to protect your customers' personal information. I wish it wasn't this way it looks like a great concept and product.
