Embrace Pregnancy

Embrace Pregnancy guides you through all 40 weeks of your pregnancy — with weekly letters, reliable information and your personal AI companion Verena.

YOUR WEEK, YOUR PACE
Each week includes a personal letter to you, information about your baby's development and the changes happening in your body. Choose between short summaries or detailed articles — whatever suits your time and energy.

VERENA — YOUR AI COMPANION
Verena is available around the clock. Ask questions about pregnancy, talk about your worries or have things explained to you. Verena knows your current week and responds with empathy and care — and lets you know when it might be a good idea to speak with your midwife or doctor.

LISTEN INSTEAD OF READ
All content can be read aloud — perfect for on the go, before falling asleep or when you simply want to listen rather than read.

JOURNAL
Capture your thoughts, feelings and memories in four categories: Personal, Relationship, My Baby and Preparation. Guided writing prompts help you keep writing, even during busy times.

FAMILY TREE
Collect baby names, add your loved ones, upload ultrasound images and preserve this special chapter of your life as a keepsake.

AFTER BIRTH
Embrace Pregnancy stays with you after birth too. Targeted exercises for pelvic floor, back and general wellbeing help you gently ease back into daily life.

YOUR PRIVACY — OUR PROMISE
Your journal, your chat history, your family tree — that belongs to you alone. Your personal content stays encrypted on your device and is not synced to the cloud. Only when you use the AI companion Verena are your messages — with your explicit consent — transmitted via our own EU servers to our AI provider; see our privacy policy for details. No advertising ID, no cross-device tracking, no profiling, no selling your data. Full control, always with you.

HUMAN SUPPORT
When you need more than an app, Embrace Pregnancy connects you with experienced professionals — via WhatsApp, phone or email.
