Giving this a shot for real. I am thankful for the free opportunity to help people like myself who are needing help with trauma and narcissistic mental abuse and not knowing how or where to start but for sure don't like being in front of a doctor who is not exactly giving out comfortable vibes which usually ends up never seeing them again so thank you

I'm new to this app and EMDR. My current 4 star is based on ease of use and price (none) of this app. One issue that I don't know if an actually issue is the lack of BT audio sync setting. The audio is in opposite synce with the visual. So, if I use audio and meditate with my eyes open looking at the moving dot, I get both left & right stimulation at the same time. My mind kinda (and very mildly) creates an "S" sensation vs being pulled only Left & Right. Is this an issue of concern?

A great app. I wish it had vibration. Recommend if you're familiar with emdr. A great addition to guided EMDR therapy. If not familiar with EMDR therapy please do very thorough research. This changes your brain.

This is not EMDR therapy. It is only the bilateral simulation tool. It does not include the 8 phases of EMDR therapy. Doing this alone can be triggering. Also, not having the safe place is harmful.

Does not seem to work on current Android build. The dots don't move even on the glide setting; they just blink rapidly at opposite ends.
