Customize your preferences for meal plans, grocery lists, daily caloric intake, and weight goal on the app. How it works: Log in to eMed eats™ to access your daily AI-generated meal plan, grocery list, log foods and track your daily activities. eMed eats™ allows logging online via a web-based portal or by an app on your phone. This information can be viewed by you to adjust your plan and food preferences or to create a list of your favorite meals. Set your goals on your wearable device to track steps and calories by syncing it with your profile. To enable eMed eats™ automatic syncing with Apple Health, login to your eMed.
