HEAR ME OUT. Ok the app is pretty trash and that's an important fact considering this is the app play store. THE MOBILE WEBSITE IS REALLY GOOD. Fine don't use the app, whatever. You actually really don't need the app. The mobile site works way better, and it's actually decently priced on there. Like $6 a month for gender filters which is the cheapest I have seen yet

Really laggy. If you skip people and then match with someone, all the previous texts sent to you stack up in the chat. Also, if you are trying to connect with people and get rapid skipped you have no way out of that feature until you completely close the app. Honestly a thousand times worse than the website, somehow. The only good part is that messages are more accessible and that the interface isn't so complicated. The rest still needs work.

The app appears pretty slick and polished at first, but in my experience it is riddled with bugs to the point of being practically unusable * Sometimes messages do not actually send * The gender filters do not work * Sometimes I'll end up in a chat with two other users * On the app, the Gold subscription is listed as $15.99 per month, but on the website its said to be $5.89 * I paid for the Gold subscription, but it only works on the app. The website is not aware that I've subscribed

I recently purchased a gold account on emerald chat using my phone. Unfortunately the subscription is not working properly on my phone, and I am also unable to use the Gold features when accessing the site on my laptop. I have tried logging in on both devices multiple times but the subscription benefits do not activate. I would appreciate if the support team could assist me in resolving the issue as soon as possible
