★★★★★ The game is very addictive but, I have sent an email. My rewards on the home screen will not release from all stations. After completing missions the rewards tally goes down. This has been playing up since the conclusion of the St Patrick's Day rewards. Game is not as fun as this used to be, hoping one can sort this out, thank you. Again I had sent an email.

★★★★★ The game is so enjoyable that I've switched platforms multiple times—from mobile to Nintendo Switch and back—losing my accounts each time. Still, I continued to play despite having to restart three times. However, there's one feature I wish the developers would introduce: an optional game setting that allows players to set commands for future actions. For instance, when a firefighter is rescuing someone from a car, it would be great if I could instruct the medic to help or heal that person.

★★☆☆☆ I seem can't play this game anymore. Somehow my ambulance bulding has gone missing and whenever I tried to build them, will pop up an error "A connection error has occurred. Emergency HQ will be restarted. (1328-error)". Click okay automatically restart the game and when it came back online, the ambulance building still cannot be built. This happened since last month I think. So frustrating since I enjoyed this game very much. Hopefully the dev will look into this. Edit: Emailed no response.

★★☆☆☆ Not sure if it's the latest update, but the game lags SO much in missions when you try to move the surrounding screen just whips right by. Makes it very frustrating to get good times, and when it happens the option to double your rewards by watching a video after doesn't work. I've restarted and cleared cache but nothing is helping. Currently, have a 3-day booster going to waste because I can't even play the damn game. FIX IT.
