This game is awesome. As of now I am in the leaderboard in the region. I want to suggest adding variations of fire truck, ambulance, and police vehicles. I wish there are more types of emergencies. Also, I hope we can have a "regional emergencies" where we can send our units with other players. Also, I want to suggest having a clan/ group per country where players can join, message and help the other players to respond to their emergencies.

While in tutorial I was tasked to make the second firetruck put out the fire. But before that A firetruck already was sent now im stuck pls add a skip tutorial button

The lack of realism ruins it. European firetruck in US. Fire station operation area is a specific shape so instead of the station being on a busy road or something, the center of the shape/the station had to be in a land of grass/forest. Fictional currency, just use a normal budget or something. All this within the first 2 minutes.

Continuously crashes, I have a screenshot stating this game has bugs, and you can't move forward after a certain point. No more jobs showed up on the map. Not good.

Boring. Slow. Unclear progression tree. Janky controls. Vehicles take inefficient paths to calls prolonging response time. I've earned plenty of gold but can't spend it on upgrades because I don't have enough "certificates" which are unclear how to earn. Some missions randomly give them but most do not. Game is good to help you fall asleep... Otherwise, don't waste your time.
