If u stay in Georgia just know that they will help, but there are no shelters here that I have seen and u can also turn off notifications for some stuff like Georgia doesn't have volcanoes or heavy earthquakes cuz earthquakes are usually 2.0 or below, so they don't get felt, and we don't have volcanic rocks, but we have tornadoes and floods and bad storms and fire hazards and Tyree Island Georgia and Savannah Georgia have hurricanes, but this app lets ppl know when something bad is about to happen

It's a great app but with the DOGE cuts who know how it will be going forward as the National Weather Service and NOAA all provide information for warnings, and we have already seen cuts result in late tornado warnings.

Used this app for years. Was a perfect app to alert kids in different states, as well as myself, to severe weather because of the ability to set a radius that allowed some forewarning. New update took that away, so I am done using this app.

Used to be great. Then they updated it, and you can't set radius for alerts and I don't get alerts. 6/15/25 at 7am there is a severe storm headed to my hometown, and no alerts. Uninstalled the app. Too bad they broke something that didn't need fixing.

The tornado siren needs to go off when there is a tornado warning like it use too. It used to go off before my local sirens which I can not hear where I'm at especially sleeping, and I need time to get to a shelter!! I would like to live my life out to a ripe old age as well as our children and pets.
