EMINI Bible: Read & Listen

EMINI Bible is a free Bible app published by Ministère des Élites pour Christ, a Christian ministry in Benin.

PLEASE NOTE: THE APP IS IN FRENCH
Menus, the daily devotional and the Selah study assistant are in French for now. An English interface is being prepared. What already works for English speakers today: the King James Version, offline, and audio Bibles in more than 2,000 languages.

READ, EVEN OFFLINE
The King James Version in English, and four French Bibles: Louis Segond 1910, Segond 21, Nouvelle Édition de Genève 1979 and Darby. All five download once and can then be read without a connection, even in airplane mode. Reading is full-page.

LISTEN
Audio Bibles read by human voices in more than 2,000 languages, including Fon and Adja, thanks to recordings by Faith Comes By Hearing. Listening requires a connection. Some versions have no audio, and the app tells you before you choose, not after.

LA MANNE, EVERY MORNING (in French)
A short text to read when you wake up, written to be meditated on, not skimmed: a passage of Scripture, a reflection, a prayer and a declaration. It can arrive as a notification if you wish, and stays available at any time.

THE LIBRARY AND LA PAROLE VIVANTE (in French)
The Library opens the 66 books of the Bible. La Parole Vivante helps you enter each one: a chapter written for every book, with questions to go further.

SELAH, TO STUDY (in French)
Ask a question about a passage and receive an explanation. Selah quotes verses and never invents them: every reference is checked against the text before it is shown to you. No account or device identifier is sent with your questions. Selah does not replace the Bible, prayer or pastoral care.

TOGETHER
Reading plans, and circles where several people move through the same plan together, with notes and highlights.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
No ads. No in-app purchases. No location data. You can delete your account and your data from inside the app, without writing to us.

Recent changes:
La Parole Vivante, fully revised: corrected text, a proper closing chapter and new paintings for all 66 books. A new "Vous" tab with your profile photo. LA MANNE: each month now opens with its theme, verse and prayer. Minor fixes. Please note: EMINI is in French for now.
