My experience with Emirates Auction has been highly disappointing. The company retains customer deposits for a significantly longer period than reasonably expected. When requested a refund of my deposit, I got a reply from them that it would take up to 21 days for the money to be credited back to my account !!!! This substantial delay unnecessarily restricts customers' access to their money and raises concerns about the efficiency and transparency of the refu formal version.

Very bad customer service, not even trying to solve any issue Process not communicated clearly and they taking many days for any step Not recommend it at all Take care if you pay deposit they'll keep it 21 days !!!!! Even if you bid not approved... Online deposit(debit-credit) will be auto-released in 3–5 days after the payment is done and there's no outstanding balance, pending approval, or an amount used in bidding and gets back to your account within 21 working days.

Bought a car and waited for 11 months for the documents and no satisfactory response from the office . Very risky to invest in the Emirates auction. Better to buy cars directly from the direct customers as jrs ready-made cars without any risk. One fraud auction systems which has destroyed many UAE innocent residents, and they suffered mentally by losing in many ways ³34pd
