I had send a parcel using EMS service for fastest delivery, and I was assured that my parcel will be delivered within next 2 days, but now its 4th day and trekking shows that it still need 4 days more. I called Emirates Post and they said call DHL. When I called them, they said call Emirates Post. You are their customer, you cannot call us. I wanted my documents to be delivered urgently in Pakistan, that is why I paid extra.

This is THE WORST POST SERVICE AND WHAT YOU'VE DONE IS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE OF RECEIVING A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GIFT and the couriers didn't even bother to inform me that the package arrived in the UAE until I tracked, and they didn't even bother to tell me that I have to pay a fee they surprised me with it and mind you I'm not born Emerati and when I asked when is the package will return to the U.S. they didn't even bother to tell me your Office did nothing but make The UAE look bad
