★★★★★ Thank you for finally updating the app! It was so slow for every button press before but is now so much more useable. Looking forward to more QOL improvements.

★★★★★ I hope Axa doesn't make the worst app in the Play store on purpose, so that we can't make claims. It literally takes 30s after each click, 20 minutes to log a single claim and ends up crashing. We can't claim directly from the website, so we are stuck with this. If I had a choice, I would stay away from Axa just because of this app until they fix it. Axa's devs, please remove all the bells and whistles (starting with the bot) and do something simple that works. As is, it's simply unusable.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT USE ANY SERVICE OF AXA. Probably the worst insurance company in HK. Worst experience ever. Very bad that they don't offer an alternative to app. Unhelpful CS team. Cannot run properly run on my S23Ultra, a flagship phone, the loading time is endless.

★★☆☆☆ Rubbish app - slow, non-responsive, got your fingerprint permission without asking, runs in the background even if you closed it and drains your battery. Wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole but stuck with it now because of employee insurance.

★★☆☆☆ Having a bad time using this app. Certain policies cannot load at random times. Right now, the find a doctor function doesn't work because my group employee insurance policy is not in the system, although it was there a few hours ago.
