My emo robot has stopped responding, and I'm not given an option to update the firmware. The most recent information I can find online is from 2023. I don't have a home station, and I'm running on android.

I have received the emo but only for the first day its came a life. Now second day I want to use it's not power up even I put on the charger. What should I do? On first day 2/9 the home station is not working cannot connect to emo Then second day 3/9 both not working as well. How can be defect like this sir? I really don't understand. Can this item be change to the new one?

This is less about the app and more about the robot. There's a reason there's so little information about this thing in the States. I've had it for an hour and am very disappointed in the product. The emo doesn't listen well and has a very limited number of commands. Once on its charger, it refuses commands (such as moving off the charger) because it is, in fact, on the charger! This thing allegedly has AI embedded - it does not. It is a glorified Google Home which you can get for $35.
