Easy to use and has multiple options OOTB, with a way to import your own emoji fonts. As a nice bonus the GUI is also compatible with material colors. I use it with Magisk. Don't complain it doesn't work if your phone isn't rooted, there are plenty of alternatives that don't require root access.
