The app works on my Android 5 devices but not on Android 9 or 10 devices. When it doesn't work, it asks the user to choose a language then it is unable to download the package to the phone. (ESB staff, part of offering an app is being ready to pay for updates to keep up with OS changes.) Users, if you can dig out an old phone, you've got an audio tour player. -- As an audio tour, this one has plenty of content to be entertaining during the observatory visit.
