Description
Employee Portal is the employee app for companies running the Peak Insights workforce system. It is a private business tool - you sign in with the work email and PIN issued by YOUR company's HR department (no public sign-up).
WHAT YOU CAN DO - Check in and out using on-device face recognition. - Automatic GPS attendance tracking during your shift only - it starts when you check in and stops when you check out. - View your HR profile, contract and payslips, and request changes (approved by HR). - Receive company announcements and chat directly with HR (send files/photos). - Managers can see their team's live attendance and locations.
PRIVACY & SECURITY - Your face is stored as a secure template on the company server only - never shared externally. - Location is collected only during an open work shift, and the app clearly discloses this before requesting permission. - One phone is bound to one employee to protect attendance integrity.
