Great training aid !!! Easy to navigate. And easy to understand

This is a great way to get some training that otherwise you wouldn't get through basic job site construction safety. It puts you on top of the game, so you're able to help other coworkers and yourself with some of the safety things that you may not have learned through your basic OSHA studies.
★★★★★Joseph Parham· Jun 23, 2026
It is a great learning tools for everything we need to know as workers.

The app constantly freezes or is stuck on loading which causes my training to completely restart.

I don't know how this has this high of a rating. It's so buggy, doesn't work half the time. You've got to upload your picture multiple times before it figures out how to give you your bar code. My one connection never updates, and now it's completely disappeared. I go to re-add the ISN# and it says I'm it's already connected. Hope I'm never on another job that uses this.

This is the worst amalgamation of training on the planet. I wish they would just stick to pen and paper after my experiences with “Empower” - and I love tech. Having multiple accounts with different companies screws everything up. Whatever hodgepodge of coding they call a program needs to be scrapped. It’s nothing but issues, all the time. If negative stars were a thing I would give them -5 for all the issues ive run into myself, and trying to help others with over the years.
