Empower is prohibited to operate in DC, yet they operate illegally, and put their drivers at risk of high fine & jail by operating illegally in DC. Just Google the local TV report on Empower operating in DC. Also, they have Slave/Master system of operation. Unlike Lyft and Uber, driver can not rate passengers however passengers do rate drivers. No way for the driver to know if he/she is picking a trouble individual so he/she can take caution.

Juno 2.0 enough said no way in hell a company can pay a driver 100% commission!! There is no way if u have a job for $100 you get $100 Juno tried that, and where are they now ? Stop b.s drivers tell the truth will be easier maybe try to call a real limousine company and ask them. How they take commission from drivers real commission not some fake stories. Also note they only way a driver can make 100% commission is for that driver to find that customer and make him pay him direct!

They are controlling how many rides you can give. I've had my app on for hours and only received 1 or 2 rides. They charge the drivers for using the app to make money. Just as bad as the other rideshare apps. Horrible company, stole my referral money. Had the nerve to send me a text message advertising they pay you when sometime used your promo code. Just big scam they are running. Now they are not even responding back to my emails 😒 🙄
