App is awesome however, the fact that it doesn't update sooner bothers me badly. No way should it take here in 2025 for the account to update longer than a few mins, this app takes anywhere from 1 to 3 days even with store purchases. Please make it update account details faster, thank you.

The app was great not anymore. I used to be able to access my account with Biometrics, so it was quick and easy using my fingerprint now it's making me input all of my information every time I access my account. With the use of Biometrics I didn't even have to look at the screen, so I can pull up my account while doing anything fix this issue, and I will give five stars

Since the new update. I can't refresh the disclosure to sign in. It says to refresh it then the message to refresh pops up again. Refresh to sign disclosure. It doesn't work.

This is for the customer service I've been hung up on four times and transferred to a different account all for trying to get my PIN because some idiot screwed it up I told him specifically what I wanted, and I somehow put the wrong number down then I can't put money in my bank account I hope this Bank goes down I'll be looking for a different bank service F you in power highly do not recommend if your intelligent look for a different bank if you're stupid you're right where you belong
