★★★★★ Easy to use and pay, e ticket and season ticket saves you money

★★☆☆☆ Information in the app does not match the information shown in e-ticket. I showed tickets to the inspector only to be told I was on the wrong train. Then showed details of the booking which fortunately showed we were on the correct train, but this difference in details could have caused us to get removed from the train or fined. Not what I expect when paying so much to have a smooth travel experience.

★★☆☆☆ For purchasing tickets, it's fine. For using tickets, it's very frustrating as it seems to log me out twice a day. I can't rely on it for displaying my e-tickets during a journey, so I need to download the tickets from my emails.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible customer service. I tried to get a refund. I was within the time frame, I was told it can be done. A week goes by so I chase it up. All of a sudden I need to mail back a ticket I never received. I explain the situation, I'm told it's fine. Again nothing happens, and they are now insistent I need to mail the ticket back. Everyone was also unaware of what to do with another ticket I had which I purchased from the app. So they clearly don't know all their services. Completely frustrating
