Works very well for documentation and photos. I really like how user-friendly it is. The only downfall is app won't download all documents and photos unless app is still open.

Great app. Lots of features and easy to use. Helps speed things up, as the pictures we download off the app, come labeled per room. The hydro reports look more professional when printed off as well.

The app is easy to use, but there should be an option to zoom in/out when taking photos. My phone is a Galaxy S20 and I have to step back every time I want to take a photo because the camera is too zoomed in and there's no way to zoom out!!!!!

I dread at our company switched over to this software. You can tell this app was built around contents. The hydro thing is such nonsense. They need to rethink that whole thing. There is no need for that many steps. To encircle... Hydro still sucks regardless of you updating it. Maybe one day you'll get it right. Hopefully by then we won't be using encircle.

Since the last changes were made to the program, when adding a note and photos to the note the program saves twice. So I have to delete a doubled up note and photos every time. This program used to work perfectly before. And another thing don't keep updating the interface or the way the program works as it was perfect as it was in older versions. The upgrades you think are good are quite frankly useless.

NO LONGER SUPPORTS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT! Despite the last few pictures of the app features, their website says, "Are you a homeowner? Encircle no longer offer contents documentation for individual users." And they truly mean it! ALL features resembling what's advertised here have been stripped away!
