The key derivation that is used for the password is unknown, so you can not decrypt the text if this app is unpublished, and you are bound to using this app.

The app is not revealing any information on the protocol besides that it is AES. Which block mode? Which key size? Which key derivation function? The UI is not very intuitive... Avoid.
