Over 1,000 topics for children ages 5-12 — every one read aloud, every one paired with a 2-to-15-minute video. An encyclopedia that reads itself to your kids.

New entries added every day, across science, history, the natural world, technology, and the arts. Every article runs 300 to 500 words, written for independent readers in the middle grades — the gap between picture-book apps and Wikipedia.

READ, LISTEN, OR WATCH

The three-way pairing is the foundation of the app:
• Older children read the article
• Middle readers follow along with the narration
• Younger children watch the paired video and absorb the same material

At bedtime, press play. The narration becomes a bedtime story — short, educational, and read aloud so you don't have to.

A REWARDS SYSTEM PARENTS ACTUALLY CONTROL

A built-in token economy that replaces paper chore charts and sticker books:
• You define the behaviors that count — reading time, chores, homework, instrument practice, getting dressed without being asked
• You set each point value and define the rewards — thirty minutes of screen time, a new book, a trip to the park, dessert on a school night

Update: My kids and I love this app! There are so many topics to learn about and the stars are a really nice way to motivate them to get things done. I had an issue in the beginning but the developer responded very quickly to resolve it and improve the app.
