I'll being using the app for over a year and is being amazing, but recently I haven't being able to use the camera function correctly everything time I go to scan something in my galaxy 25 ultra the navigation bar doesn't let me hit the typing part because the navigation bar won't hide. Any help would be appreciated

The aspect ratio is off, so I can only access the tiles and none of the menu options like switch warehouse, live support, or knowledge base. Additionally, I cannot access the barcode at the bottom of the screen to use the keyboard to search for inventory items.
