Yes the company is offline and the servers are offline, but the app still works fine with Wi-Fi. You can still monitor the charge rate schedule, things change the charge rate and a bunch of other stuff. You just can't connect it to servers.

Sometime around the first changes last year my jb40 stopped charging at 40 amps. It will program to it, and start going to that and then drop back down to under 30 amps within a minute.I know I have slightly low voltage at that location, has any monitoring been changed? It worked great for 2 1/2 years.

If I could give this app and this company a negative rating, I would rate them -10. I am an American and I rented an electric car in Italy. There were 4 of us and at least 3 of us are technically savy and could not get this app to work. So we could never charge at these stations. We finally had to pay a european with an Enel charge card to charge our car. (BTW) he couldn't get the app to work either. We tried 4 different charging stations, and nothing worked. They suck!

Tried to upload my payment details, and it didn't work at all. After 30 mins I just gave up.

Apps barely works. Consider the Juice box a dumb charger and control charging from Car app/schedule...sad user 😞
