It asked to scan meter code... did that and pressed continue... asked so screenshot meter... OCR failed every time. You can't go any further... pointless and time-wasting I'm afraid

Can't get it to do anything. Scanned my barcode ok, but OCR fails. I even went inside and wrote down the numbers in careful handwriting, and most of the time the OCR confidence is above 60%. Then what? Nothing happens. I press the camera button, nothing happens. Could not get to the next step after wasting 20 minutes.
