Comments on Energy Stats for Android

★★★★★ Raymond Oz · Apr 5, 2026

This is a wonderful app that allows more settings which are not available on the official Foxes app. It will be even better if this app could support tweaking of parameters like meter Compensation.

★★★★★ Simon · Oct 8, 2025

Log In Error Copied API as instructed, pasted as instructed, log in error, contacted support numerous times, with screenshots of the error, poor communication. App is the latest version, same error on Android phone and tablet, all on latest updates, etc. Update: Al got back to me as soon as I emailed. The problem was solved quickly. I am now logged in and can see all my data. Slight word of warning, I copied the API as instructed, but it would appear the copy function didn't work properly.

Superb app, extremely well-supported. This is evidently a labor of love from someone motivated to make it a lot easier to manage one's own Fox Ess solar and battery system. It is very stable, frequently updated, and a big improvement on Fox Cloud in terms of the ability to manage an Octopus Agile tariff for maximum productivity. Thanks so much.

★★★★☆ Russell Taylor · Jun 11, 2026

Generally very good, but can only have one tariff which really limits its usefulness. Tariffs change over the investment lifetime, and it can't be that difficult to enable multiple Tariffs. Also, would like to account for standing charge. Gone back to my spreadsheet!
