The App works well. I'm pleased with it. It's efficient and simple. However, being an FNB user, I would still like to gain bucks rewards whenever I transfer money to my En gen 1app. It would be great if En gen did that.

Cool handy Pioneering App. Developers Team, please make available an option to rename bank cards that user links to the app Right now one has to cram the last four digits of each linked card for ease of identification when paying for fuel at forecourts

I am so disappointed on this app. I forgot my email password which I was using to log in into this app. I had R400+ on my fuel wallet. I tried to call the call center to assist me so that I can log in, and I was on hold for 2hrs+, I emailed them no response. I spoke to their staff at the garage the staff have no idea on how to help me. I tried to reach out on Facebook on their page no response. I guess I have just donated my R400 to Eugen in this economy. Do not put your money on that app

Last time I left a review and was told I can get bucks from momey loaded onto the 1fuel card if I add my bucks loyalty card to the wallet. There is only an option to add a clicks card and if I try scan it says i don't have camera permissions which I do. What to do? I just want to earn bucks on my purchases. You don't get bucks if you preload your wallet with money and pay using the wallet. Really sucks

I will no longer be using this app. It is useful to have the app to pay and have Clicks card linked, but, and this is a big BUT, payment just takes way too long. You scan to pay, and then it has to validate the phone. Every time. Then, it processes R1 to FNB that you have to approve on FNB app. Then it reverses the R1, and then you have to approve the amount for the fuel. The process is just too cumbersome. ²
