I am extremely frustrated with the Enjaz Pay app. I was able to add money to my account without any issues, but when I try to perform any transaction, the app keeps showing 'Please try again'. When I contacted customer support, they told me that my account is locked. It makes no sense that the app accepts incoming money but blocks outgoing transactions. This is a very poor system and unfair to customers. I demand my account be unlocked immediately, so I can access my own funds. Highly disappointe

Very bad app, I'm customer of enjaz bank, but this app very hard to use, Opne your enjaz pay account, all processer done then after asking your iqama number. Very bad experience.
