Enough: Drink Water Reminder

Your real water goal — not a made-up 4 litres. Enough is a simple water tracker and drink water reminder that gives you a daily target you can check, one-tap logging, and reminders that actually arrive.

A GOAL THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU
Most water apps guess a number from your weight and push it up. Enough's daily target comes from a published standard — ICMR-NIN (2020) in India, EFSA (2010) or the US Institute of Medicine — and shows the arithmetic. Food already gives you about 25% of your water, so Enough only asks you to drink the rest. Think the number is wrong? Set your own; the standard's suggestion stays on screen next to yours.

ONE TAP TO LOG
Four buttons on the home screen, each set to what you actually drink — a 250 ml glass, a 500 ml bottle, chai, coffee. One tap and it's logged. Anything unusual goes through a longer form that stays out of the way. No ad ever appears in the logging path.

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE
Reminders between the wake and sleep hours you set, quiet during focus, and re-booked automatically after your phone restarts. If Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo or a battery saver is blocking them, Enough tells you on the home screen and takes you straight to the setting that fixes it — instead of going silent.

DONE FOR TODAY? ENOUGH SAYS SO
More water is not always better water. Enough is the only water tracker that also shows a sensible upper limit and tells you when you've had enough. Nothing is blocked and nothing is scolded.

HONEST HISTORY
Logged a glass two hours late? It still counts, and it's marked as logged late. Your week view shows which days were recorded and which were filled in afterwards.

HEALTH CONNECT, IF YOU WANT IT
Connect Health Connect and Enough can read a long run, a hard day, a fever, your weight or short sleep, and say plainly how each one changed today's number. It can also write what you drank back to Health Connect. Everything is processed on your device.

THE ADAPTIVE LAYER
The paid tier turns on the part of the app that moves with your day: readings from Health Connect, and an optional local weather forecast so a 34°C afternoon raises your water intake goal before you notice. The forecast uses your approximate location, rounded to about 11 km, and is never stored. Weather data by Open-Meteo.com.
