I've been an Energy customer for over 40 yrs now. So far I've had ups and downs when it was LP&L. Then it became Energy, and therefore I've still had ups and downs But I've always been able to rely on Energy for any issues that I've had in the past. I'm in the process of Fraudulent charges straightened out in hopes to get my Name and SS# cleared with Energy's help!!!!!!

Won't let me view my bill. It says I don't have a PDF viewer installed on my phone and I already have one installed. Apparently this app can't detect one on my phone. All it needs to do is let me download the file regardless if I have a PDF viewer installed or not.

The wind blows and your power will cut out. They refuse to credit you for issues on their end. They came out, and they put in all these new smart boxes and my energy went from $80 to $260. Energy is trash.
