I've been an Energy customer for over 40 yrs now. So far I've had ups and downs when it was LP&L. Then it became Energy, and therefore I've still had ups and downs But I've always been able to rely on Energy for any issues that I've had in the past. I'm in the process of Fraudulent charges straightened out in hopes to get my Name and SS# cleared with Energy's help!!!!!!

SCAMMERS!! This company 1000% takes advantage of customers we have tracked all of our outputs from one year to the next we have analogs of everything we have used less electricity this year prior to last year we have proof of it, but you call in hoping to get some actually help and an explanation of why our bills almost $100 more, but nope they won't come check the meter or anything the guy was rude on the phone they are the only people we can use, so they take adv of it they need to be investigated

The most crooked and despicable company in New Orleans second only to the RTA. They'll just add random amounts of money to your bill with no explanation. It won't even be factored into the bill breakdown. It just exists, and you're going to pay it, or they'll shut off your power, and you will eventually be evicted! They are blackmailing you!!! Oh, and they also love to gaslight. You said your power out??? Uhhh No, it's not because they said it wasn't!
