The alerts are great except if you own 2 or more properties in the same state, it does not give you the address. I can distinguish between my AR and our MS alerts because AR has Arkansas on the text. Mississippi doesn't or didn't. It's more difficult to pay online and takes longer. Energy was my one most favorite account to pay online. Thank you

App worked fine before but in good ole energy fashion y'all made it where we can't pay our bills with the app anymore. As useless as that company has always been.

Since the last update I have been unable to see my bill, usage, and every other tab.

If you are looking for an app that will notify you when your power goes off for 30 seconds, then notifies you again when the power comes back on, then sends you a survey asking how the app works., but is utterly useless when a tropical storm moves through the area and your power has been out for over 7 hours and the app will barely load or get updates, outage maps don't work .then you found the right app. I really need to look at why energy is the only power company allowed to operate here.

Pay now tab is a bunch of bs. It doesn't pay right then and causes problems with my bank. When I click pay now that's what I expect. App needs to be fixed. I have many direct debits and sometimes another payment goes through before Energy charges my account which leaves me in default with my bank. It's unlawful for anybody to have a monopoly in the United States and if given a choice I would pick anybody else for power supply. Energy should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for monopoly
