This handbook is helpful if you know how to read something in a neutral way and pick put the pieces that are beneficial to you. But it's really half & half, with some great mindsets, but also being framed in a super toxic way. It's outdated, and focuses on an unrealistic hustle culture that is based in believing your struggles or stressors don't count... which is a super unhealthy mindset for an entrepreneur that wants to create a sustainable business & doesn't want to get burnt out.
