EDIT: after a response from Min dark I found that I need to manually go into the app info to allow the camera to scan the QR code. Just a suggestion but maybe have a more that tells people this in the info. Thanks. Something is wrong with the apps' connection to my camera. When trying to scan the QR code all I get is a black screen with a red line (permissions giving to access phones camera). Using a samsung note 8

Never received a recovery code. Proactively seeking one from support. Doesn't matter since I am quitting game.

Impossible to migrate from one phone to another without deactivation and reactivation. Plan to save your recovery code somewhere super obvious, or you will be carrying your old phone and forever. Support was totally unhelpful.

Why do I have to install an app just to authenticate to this one application? Most other places just use Google Authenticator.
