First off, AMAZING experience! This app makes it a BREEZE to get though the whole applying for a house. The best part is Angelo Plato is there STEP BY STEP to help you with any questions you may have. This app makes everything easy.

A little clumsy on the hand off from borrower to coborrower in the application and how tasks are assigned when coborrowers use the same email address. The process to upload a photo should be 1 step not the 12 that it takes now. Get rid of crop entirely. Both the Estimated COE and the Realtor should be able to add a photo of the house to the clients start page on the app. Incomplete tasks should be highlighted and blink upon app open. Add an OPTIONAL tour of the app. Do not add a forced tour!

It's not against the company's interests and low to have that monthly payment box editable or have the number of payments starting something like .5 or half of a monthly payment and 1 and 2, etc. Maybe someone wants to pay in advance, which makes you have some money sooner than later,
