★★★★★ App is not updated with latest payslips. The web version has the latest payslips but App is showing the payslip of 2 months back as latest.

★★★★★ Fingerprint login doesn't work. Asks for fingerprint and confirms it, but doesn't login. Indicates unread payslips even though you have viewed them. Totals for year are blank. Good to see a response and that the totals and payslip issues look to have been fixed. Unfortunately the fingerprint login still fails. Says password recognised but just takes you back to the login with a blank password. I have no problems with other apps that are fingerprint enabled. Consequently, I'll add another star.

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in. Input my username and password then get redirected to a screen asking for an sms code which never arrives. App doesn't work basically.

★★☆☆☆ Unexpected server response. Please try again. When I try to log in (using the same username/password that works on the website) I get that 'Unexpected server response' error. I emailed the contact address in the Play Store asking for help and gave all the info, and got a reply asking 'how can I help?' So I asked them to read the first email I sent as all the info was in there. 2nd and last reply I got was "Are you a epayslips customer? Who is your employer as the app will only work for customers who are set to receive epayslips via the app and who have signed up" Now, I've told you twice who my employer is. I've told you my username. I've told you that I can log in and use it via the website. EDIT: So after Dataplan stopped giving a crap, my employers IT troubleshot the issue and it appears that if your password is arbitrarliary to long and/or complex the app will throw the generic 'Unexpected server response' error, even though the password is accepted and used via the website. My advice is to wait untill the app is out of beta before using as there probably will be other issues. Or use hunter2 as a password.

★★☆☆☆ Crap! Doesnt let me log in. I have tried changing password but says my email address isn't valid!

★★☆☆☆ Saved username and password and fingerprint login. Went to log in and all of its removed and cant remember my details. So frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ Useless for providing proof of income. I can't screenshot, nor can I download the slip(s). Even if I could, it is unacceptable evidence because it doesn't show my name nor does it breakdown my deductions (my pension is listed as "other") I have tried logging on to the desktop version to see if there is a difference and it won't accept the password used for the app. I am using it on Android (S9). Hugely frustrating.
