I really loathe this app. Very glitchy. Generally have to select school and then sign in twice a week as it doesn't remember. Wish it would remember the details! Unfortunately have to use it to view son's timetable, homework and demerits etc

Dent help if you have children in different school years as in primary and secondary only one child can be on the app and can't open the letters on Web for the second child!! Response is not true primary can not be emerged with secondary praise they can not add a secondary child to a primary account it's made as two separate accounts
